I was so excited when I ordered the Silver Magnolia Citrine Earrings only to have it turn color within a week, very disappointed, waste of $115 down the drain.
The only reason I am giving one star is because zero stars was not an option. Worst customer service ever. I have tried to purchase a ring from Brilliant Earth twice. Both times the day I was supposed to receive my ring I did not. I even paid extra to have it over nighted. Both times the day before my ring was to arrive I spoke with Brilliant Earth to confirm delivery. Both times the representative assured me it was on time. Both times no ring. I waited for tracking numbers. Nothing. When I called they told me it was delayed. I had not received any phone call or email to tell me there was a delay. They give zero communication and nobody ever seems to know what is going on. Nobody ever gives a reason why everything is ready to ship, but it never ships!
Still waiting for my product.

If your into customizing you have to check out Brilliant Earth. It's easy to do and there are a ton of options. I'd recommend to anyone.
Shopping at Brilliant Earth is easy. They have soo much to choose from. I was looking for more and an antique look. Happy with what I found and I know if I'm in the market for more jewelry, which will probably happen, I'll be looking here first!
I made a mistake when entering in our address and the zip code was off by one number. I called brilliant earth and they were able to add a note to the FedEx delivery. My ring was delivered on time with no delays.
Purchased a "Monaco" engagement ring from here. It's absolutely stunning and the service was great. My fiancé couldn't be happier with it!
I ordered a ring and called the day before it was shipped. The customer service rep assured me that there was no delay. She said the ring would be shipped overnight and be there the next day. Even though, I questioned it again that something was not right, she assured me it would be there. So I go ahead and make plans to present the ring. I gave myself an extra day in there just in case something went wrong. Sure enough, got an e-mail 6 hours later saying it would be late. Had to cancel my plans and just wait it out. I haven't even seen the ring yet! This thing cost $10K, I didn't buy a thing of hand lotion from Amazon. Don't I deserve at least to be told the truth? If you are not spending $50-100K with these guys, you can expect to be treated as a sub-par customer.
I ordered the Hydrangea bracelet, which arrived on time and was very beautiful. Unfortunately, shortly after I had it it got damaged. I contacted the customer service and they had it replaced right away. Really impressed by them!
I love that Brilliant Earth uses ethically sourced diamonds. Came across a beautiful necklace they posted on social media. Bough it for my girlfriend and it's amazing! Ordering was easy.
I really liked how friendly and quick the chat option is. I like to be thorough when buying jewelry and I liked having all my questions answered.
Had found the stone of my dreams but was hesitant about purchasing such a high value item online and getting it shipped internationally. Emailed the company with questions prior to committing to a purchase. Response was prompt and polite but not particularly helpful. Unsure if maybe there was a language barrier issue but my specific questions hadn’t been answered and the rep seems more interested in progressing the purchase leaving my direct questions unanswered. Did not instil much confidence in them from a communication point of view and I was worried about the risk that any potential issues may not get resolved if I indeed decided to commit to a purchase. It was a shame as I really had my heart set on a particular item.
I really like the detail that was put into the description of each item. I bought a few years back and the the diamond still looks amazing. Great value!

She’s an absolute star and we’ve been really grateful to have her helping us. Even though we’ve probably been frustrating and made a lot of changes, she’s been brilliant at trying to get everything sorted.
If management are reading this, please give this lady a raise! She’s always available for us and keeps us updated with everything, which has taken a lot of the stress out.

Normal reps are easy but getting anyone above an entry level position is difficult, also difficult to get a situation escalated beyond an assistant manager.
